Keep Yourself Going

You've got to engage yourself in the actuality of your being to keep going — that is, living at the centre of bedlam, or mind’s turmoil. To be what you are — as you are, or wish to be. 



Add to this your state of mental and emotional sense of balance, in a demanding world, and there is a glut of situations that attaches itself to the clichéd formula, “Is this life, or existence?” Life is a bundle of wits; a battle for survival. Well, the fact is all mental responses — because, they’re oft-repeated — are likely to become habitual. This is reason enough why most of us keep ourselves upbeat on ‘auto-pilot.’ The outcome is straightforward — of varied turbulence in day-to-day life. When combined with wobbly emotional responses, big or small, they cause negative effects in every cell, tissue, and bodily process. 


You get the point. It’s your outlook that determines the type of mental responses you create vis-à-vis the myriad experiences of life. Your state of mind holds the key, including the responses that have instant effects on your physiology. When your emotional equilibrium, for example, becomes customary, or constant, the ‘ideal’ hub of your soul, or intelligence, is kept in a state of stable alertness. 


What does this connote? When you harmonise your life, also focus, and produce logical responses that are essential for emotional stability, you will free your soul from its ‘crisis-ready’ state. You will also, in so doing, allow it to ‘refurbish’ your psyche, while keeping yourself in optimal balance and doing your best in life and career.
